I think you should just try and order the cigars online through the sites you want anyway. None of them ever actually ask for Id, just a credit card. All you have to do is click that your 21 on the box. What's the worst that can happen? You won't get the cigars, then I'm sure you might be able to find someone on this board willing to help you out. Your also allowed to buy Tobbacco products if you are 18 so your not really breaking any laws that I know of. And I don't know why they require one to be 21 to buy a product that you only need to be 18 to legally purchase. (Even if they wanted to try and get you for lying on the purchase it would cost them thousands of dollars to prosecute, which it is not even worth it for the company, they merely want to remove liablity by putting the check box in)
