Great advice - except it doesn't do Chris a bit of good. Every jurisdiction is different. And some judges (depending on locality) are even miffed if you "contest it" and were guilty. You could be setting poor Chris up to weekends at hard labor (speaking of which, the wifey just woke up and I gotta go...)

I'm sure Chris has enough of a network in MS to get a handle on what he needs to do...
