Well considering I maybe go out once every 2 or 3 months (note I have a 4 yr old and twin 9 month olds) and have maybe 3 drinks at dinner, like a scotch and a glass of wine or two, that maybe a bit more than I need.
I'm looking more for a quick test to tell me if should go the "alright, lets have that coffee and desert and buy and extra 1/2 hr." route.
