I agree with K7 on this one. I read the headline on the Yahoo front page and I honestly was not in the least bit surprised. I mean not even a little bit. Weird.

Right, me too. But that kid man. 5 months old - folks'll say, ah good thing she's young enough to not remember any of this and how whack her mom was. uh uh. She's like born into this legacy - an illegitimate heir to too much for some bunch of shysters to just leave alone. Plus, the chaotic way that child began (and continues) its life. It'll be interesting to see how it unfolds.

I just ate at her chicken place in Mexia the other day. That other guy who is about to get her kid is going to hit the jackpot, too. I'll bet that old guy's family is real pleased now.
    End of line.

Hopefully they will give her a little more dignity than James Brown was given. He is still not in the ground.

Ok, at first I thought you were kidding, but I'll be damned if I can't find any info about where he is buried....

I have a friend who works for a funeral home, and he looked it up, Brown's casket was $33,000. I guess I wouldn't want to bury it without getting my money out of it either!

I read a week or 2 ago that they are in the process of building a tomb at James Brown's property. Last time I heard anything about it he was still lying in a climate controlled room in his house.
