When I was younger that happened to me twice, and once I got hit with check fraud. Some dipshit stole old checks from a cancelled account I threw in the dumpster, and tried to use my checks to pay off stolen credit cards that were maxed out so they could charge them up. Fucking idiots.

That's why she almost never, NEVER uses CCs on line, and always flips when I do.
