    My guess is $148,500. Only because that's what I paid for my house 4 years ago, so it sounds like a nice number.

    I cannot beleive you guys are guessing so low! BKCloud could sell sand to the Saudi's and Smog to Californians. I'm going with $300K.
    Plus I dont think you can by a house for less then that.
