Default local B&M now has Opus X

when I say local, I mean over 100 kays away, but anyhoo, yeah, they have a limited stock of OpusX double coronas for $115AUD each. I would love to get one, but 2 fears.
    1) Wife will find out, and I will never father kids
    2) It would be too strong, and I wouldnt enjoy it for the $ I put out.

That works out to around $88 USD or $105 CAD. Save your money bro. I've only had a couple of Opus and they were very good, but not $88 good. To me, the Ashton VSG is almost, if not as good, a smoke as the Opus. It's also a little cheaper and easier to come by (here atleast).

Try the Ashton VSG Spellbound. $12-15 US. At least churhill or bigger and many compare to Opus without the status symbol. Wouldn't go over $20 for any size Opus. Try one someday for sure, but try Ebay for a deal.

Just get a few super premuims, or vintage. You can enjoy that $$ more with more than one cigar.

Yeah, those cigars are overrated and over priced. IMO.

I've tasted the Opus twice. It's a damn fine cigar, but there's also a lot of hype surrounding it. But it's not even close to that fine. I think $20 is overpriced.

And if you're a lightweight, you're right about the strength. It'll knock your socks off.

too much to pay for a cigar, unless your loaded. Buy a box of something instead.

Wow dude, I really feel for you. And I though the 50-80/stick they want here was bad.

I would say definitely not worth it. Hell, you can get Cuban Davidoffs for less than that.

Better off with Partagas 160 or Ashton VSG or even the Ashton ESG.

yeah, i nearly fell over when I saw the price. I got a newsletter from this B&M the day after, and there is a Greek themed cigar night. 3 course meal, live entertainment and 3 cigars, one for each couse. $125pp. Might go to that instead. Seem better value to me. I didnt get a list of cigars though.Last night they had, they gave out some decent sticks
