    Sounds like the cigar was rolled with immature tobacco to me, I am pretty sure that could account for the symptoms that you describe.
    I thought it was a tampon joke!

    Purge the cigar if it gets bitter.

    Yeah, I figured it was just that one instance where a cigar wasn't rolled up right or the tobacco wasn't up to par.

    I didn't think about purging the cigar, it was just a robusto size, so I really didn't miss anything.

    I did smoke a 5 Vegas Limitada 2006 the next day and it was PERFECT. So, that definitely redeemed that one bad smoke. BTW, I would recommend the 5 Vegas Limitada if no one has yet to try it, IT WAS GLORIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
