I agree that we should keep politics out of this board. It does nothing except promote a lot of bullshit, anger, and pissing matches.

But as for "if you don't like it, ignore it?", that's too simplistic. So if someone comes on here and repeatgedly posts a bunch of angry, hate filled stuff, do you think that everyone is going to ignore it forever? Of course not, if someone start pushing buttons they will eventually get a response, which is what they are looking for in the first place. Then tempers flare, pissing matches started, which eventually grow into deep-rooted hatreds.

So an occasional bullshit post, I can ignore, fine. But when they become a torrent, and I have to see discussions when I hit new posts that have inflammatory titles every time I hit "New Posts", this place starts to melt down. And I won't stand for that, nor will many of the others around here obviously. When we see someone doing nothing but stirring up hate, bile and controversy, of course eventually we are going to try to run the asshat off.
