    Default New From Bama

    Hey!
    Quick introduction.

    32 yo here in Birmingham. Recently gotten into cigars. I have dipped for years and wanted to cut a lot of that out. I do PR for a nonprofit and enjoy music (singer/songwriters like James Taylor and Jim Croce are favorites), movies and good food/drink. I'm really liking a cigar after meals and with the weather warming here in Alabama, sitting in the yard with my dog and relaxing with book and a stogie.

    I'm in the sampling stages right now and have gotten some great suggestions from the posts on here. Last thing I smoked was a Saint Luis Rey and I enjoyed it fairly well... with little to compare it to at the moment. Thanks for all the helpful hints so far and any suggestions for further smokes would be appreciated!

    The first humidor comes in on Monday. Guess I'm in deep now! ha ha

    Welcome from NYC Oh yeah make sure to get some beads for the humi cn't go wrong there. And use the search button you will find depths of info, and in case you can't find your answers don't be afraid to ask. People are very friendly and you will have lots of advice

    My cheap-ass 20 cigar humidor comes in today! It's the one on CI that come with the 8 gars.

    May check into a cooler when I find some boxes I want to invest in.

    Thanks for all the welcomes and nyah nyahing about the Tide :)

    I smoked a R&J Bully this weekend and a Torano. I really liked the Romeo.
