    Default My 3 Smokes!!!!!!

    Smoked 3 nice sticks yesterday!!!

One of my friends was having a big BBQ bash at his house. Well, somehow I always am elected as the cook and preparer of the parties. I get there and everything is almost done evcept icing the beer, and setting up the bar. I had no prob with that. I brought my lil travel humi from C-bid (5vegas) with the magnetic lid. I had about 20 smokes in there. Well I wanted to start off with something kinda light and work my way to the more full flavored smokes later. I grabbed a DK green label, which I received from boomshay. I will have to say, for a mellow-mild smoke it was not bad at all, kinda buttery/nutty. The guests started showing up and we ate some awesome brats and burgers. I was being a good boy and had nothing to drink yet. I went and grabbed my 2nd stick olut of the humi, which was a Ramon Alones. This was the first ISOM I had smoked in years. It was very good, The flavor profile was awesome. I smoked her till my fingers burned. After that smoke we played one of my favorite games, washers. If you have never played, it is like horseshoes, but the redneck version. I grabbed another burger and some brownies for dessert. Some of my good friends showed up late and we all 3 smoked a stogie together. They both wanted something mellow and not too full. I garbbed my friend Royce a RP connecticut, which he absolutely loved, and my friend Mark a Gurkha Expedition, he also smoked till he nubbed it. I had me first Aroma de Cuba, which was perfect to end the night. I had a great time and shared a few sticks with some close friends who enjoyed them a great deal. I wish I could get them to smoke on a regular basis. Thanks for reading about my Eastersmokefest!!!

i gotta be honest. i've had about 7. 2 of them were fantastic and the others were just ok. they didn't have that toasty/nutty quality like the other 2. i don't know if it's my taste that's off or them. still a good smoke.

I've played horse shoes, washers, bags (mid-west version of horse shoes) and quates (sp?) with is Italian horse shoes. nothing beats horse shoes though. Spunds like an awesome time!
The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, "You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done." -unknown
