    Default As I see it . . .

    these rules are a blatant infringement and unlawful restriction on Scotty's First Amendment Free Speech rights!

    Now that you played the Free Speech card. We now have to lett CC continue his abuse of Scotty because we don't want to infringe on CC's rights now would we. I move that we have the poll removed from the cigar forum.

    Removal of the poll would also be an infringement of the Free Spech rights of the author of the poll as well as all those who have posted on the thread.

    The 30 seconds between posts restriction is definitely not going away. I should increase it to 60 seconds, but I like you guys so I wont.
