    Okay, the waiting 30 seconds between posts thing is an impediment to my blatant post-whoring.

    Also, the smilie limiter thing per message is also an infringement upon my rights of expression as I must have at least ten per message.

    What do ya say Hex?

    these rules are a blatant infringement and unlawful restriction on Scotty's First Amendment Free Speech rights!

    Now that you played the Free Speech card. We now have to lett CC continue his abuse of Scotty because we don't want to infringe on CC's rights now would we. I move that we have the poll removed from the cigar forum.

    Removal of the poll would also be an infringement of the Free Spech rights of the author of the poll as well as all those who have posted on the thread.

    I think five smilies per post is too HIGH!! AND we should make a special exception for Scotty, 30 MINUTES between posts rather than 30 seconds.

    The 30 seconds between posts restriction is definitely not going away. I should increase it to 60 seconds, but I like you guys so I wont.
