LOL, first thing that would come to my mind would be a Robusto joke if you listen to The Bride!! (That ain't why they call me Big Jim!!!)

Personally, when it comes to cutting cigars in half, it's something I do probably once a week. I like to smoke a bowl or a stick at lunch time and probably the best size for the 30 - 45 minutes is a Short Story. But me, being somewhat frugal, prefer to normally cut an AF Classic in half when I feel like a cigar for lunch. I keep a small Tupperdor in my desk with 1/2 doz or so Classics and a cutter in there.

In my opinion, it works pretty good, but I've never cut anything bigger to make a shorter smoke. Even if I liked the result, that doesn't mean you will. I'd say give it a shot and see how you make out.

    A bowl huh newfie?

I have known people to cut cigars in half. I have never done it myself for reasons other than to ride a split wrapper issue.

Ok, ok...so I am hung like a Tic Tac.

When you cut the cigars in half did you notice any differences in flavor, strength, burn, etc. ?

I would think there would be a difference.
