or I edit them in good old 'Paint' go to Image, Stretch and Skew, then put in the percentages you would like them shrunk by. Eg, 40 and 40 , makes it 40% of its size

the linking works best - but i've only had luck on photobucket - can't get it to work with photos on kodak or snapfish.
