Only when he's outside -- Ireland has one of the most widespread smoking bans in the world. You can't smoke in ANY enclosed public area (bars, restaurants, etc), IIRC.You need cigars to smoke while you are there......right

Well, I went ahead and did it anyway. Man, my budget is blown for a long time, especially considering I won a 20 sampler of 5 vegas series a tonight that I didn't expect to win. Whoops. Don't tell my wife
