I am the same way. I get irritated when I have the opportunity to smoke but either run out or forget my cigars all together.

I just got back from DR and was angry with myself when I had to start rationing my cigars near the end of the week.

My weekly count depends heavily on the weather. When its nice out, about 50+ degrees F, I'll usually smoke between 2-3 per week. lately though I haven't been able to get but one in every few weeks.

I am fortunate to be in the business. But, working 6-7 days a week.... tasting new blends, companies line extensions......I pass 15 cigars per week easy.

I generally get one each weeknight and can manage 3-5 over the weekend but that fluctuates with the schedule.

Personally, my addictive tendencies run very, very strong (college took 9 years for a reason ) and quitting cigs was a bitch as was I at the time. I haven't gone more than a day or two without a cigar since I started smoking them again but I notice a change in my mood but nowhere near the level of quitting anything else. Every study I've seen, regardless the quality, indicates cigars have a higher nic percentage than cigs so I think the nic fits are a result of one or more of the myriad of chemical additives.

I smoke generally, 5-10 a week use to smoke ciggerettes, but quit that quick.

I only "work" a few hours a day. The rest of the time I'm driving. I'll smoke one in the morning, one at night and one or two during the day. Now and then it will be more if I'm having a bad day.

+1 Ditto, what he said and all that shit. Look at it this way an old thread that someone actually had something to add to was brought up rather than an old bitchfest thread being brought up with a new response of "Ha Ha glad I wasn't here for that." or "damn I missed al the fun." Good on you Badwhale for doing a little search before posting.

Let's continue this recently revived thread. 2-3 a week for me. Don't really anticipate an increase in the forseeable future. I would like to avoid oral cancer and all that....

We have free weights in half of our garage and I recently discovered I can smoke while weightlifting. Is this counterproductive? It's like the guys that go for a jog then immediately smoke a cigarette when they're finished or they'll just die! Can't breath without that cigarette smoke!
