LOL-never really noticed cigar smokers in bars that I was at back in the day. I did have a relative who when I was at my brother in law's house, thought he would impress us by smoking a cigar and inhaling. Later that night, we all gathered to play cards and I was putting my oldest son to bed when I heard from the bedroom:Blahuahahuauauauau!. Ahhhhh, bluahahahahahahaa!. Ahhhhh, bluahauahahaujanha!. It was the most amusing thing in the world. My brother in law and I still laugh our @$$e$ off to this day whenever we think about it.
