Davidoff, VSG, Cuban Cohiba, etc Freebie

So I take off early today and come home and there is a little package in my mailbox. I open it up and there is a little Cohiba Box. My Cohiba Robustos came in just fine. The band looks good, the construction looks excellent, and the size and ring match up to what it is supposed to be, but I don't really have the experience to tell the difference between the genuine article and a fake. I can't imagine this company doing much business if it is in the practice of selling fakes though.

I can't complain for a buck. I presume this isn't indicative of their timeliness but their prices can be beat by more than a few other sources.

I got my Cohiba Robusto shortly after placing the order, and it looked, smoked, and tasted like the real deal. I've recently heard about people just now getting their Siglo IIs, and finding some of them to be fake (short filler, etc). Oh well.

I checked the band against all the references I could find on real and fake ISOM's and if its a fake, its a damn good one.

Ditto for me too! Though the box was wrapped in Saran-Wrap which seemed a bit unprofessional to me. It looked like a buddy set it to me.

P.S. Had a DYNAMITE stick the other day...CAO Vision...Toro I think, I didn't buy it, but it was bigger than a Robusto, smaller than a Churchill...simply wonderful in every way!

I hear ya Rev...luckily a vendor bought me two...one to smoke that night and the other to rest...so, free was about the best I think I could find :)
