I got a humidor, oliva sampler and other stuff in good order...quick shipping and well packaged. My only beef was that I previously sent them a couple of questions regarding some merchandise and never got a reply...I hate when a seller ignores a question as it makes me antsy on how well they would handle a dispute or issue.

Your best bet is to just give Mike (the owner) a call, he will be happy to answer any questions you might have. I usually give him a call before I order just to check on how things are going down there.

I ordered a humidor and cigars, watch for the specials or subscribe to their email. I usually only purchase from tampa humidor and serious cigars. Try the conquista if you place an order.
