    Default Consuegra Epicure

I had a Consuegra last night. I didn't measure it but it looked like the 5 1/2 x 50 "Epicure".

It was a nice mild to medium flavored cigar. Great draw, thick, flavorful smoke. No bite or harshness at all. Moderate nicotine hit. Overall a great cigar.

This cigar came to me via the "Newbie's Exchange" that I did with CigarSarge many months ago (Thanks Sarge). As I look at the Top 25 Cigar site I see that this is a pretty inexpensive stick. But the flavor was really good. For someone who hasn't smoked a cigar in a while (me) it was a good choice.

Yep, I'm back to smoking cigars again. After a gap of 6 to 8 months I'm starting to empty my humidor. In the past week I've had one of those small RP 1990 rothchild's, a Ghurka Expidition, and now the Consuegra. I think I'll take a break until the weekend and then try a couple more of Cigar Sarge's newbie bomb. They've all mellowed for 8 months or so and the humidor is smelling yummy.
