Smoked the Black Dragon from Gurkha...

Just picked up a robusto. Think I could smell something flowery at the head, but not at the foot. Also got a Camacho Triple Maduro. Torching both tonight if I can handle it.

I smoked my first Black Dragon last week. It was enteresting enough I tried another one at a Gurkha party last night. I also noticed a floral aroma but I also noticed it in the smell of the smoke. I guess I will have to smoke one at home to see if I can really figure out if it was really the cigar.

Smoked both. Enjoyed the Gurka robusto more. It had a very nice, very white ash that hung on and on. The Comacho Triple Maduro figurado was a dissapointment. The initial light was very spicey. I thought it would be very strong & spicey, but it mellowed right away. That was the dissapointment. Well, it was not mellow exactly, but it was no Cabuagian. Both were strong and enjoyable, but not interested in revisiting. Would reccomend either to sample. They may have been tempered a bit by strong food & drink, but that's always the case.
