First of all, a mod's job is to communicate to a poster about a "strike." I gave SLR one warning in red at the bottom of a post of his and then he sent me something along the lines of: "Quit send me PM's!" rabble and proceeded to get himself banned. Not even Larrynj got a warning before a strike!. So in actuality, SLR got four chances. Mods couldn't ban, only the site admin could. NONE of the other mods debated that he deserved it. If I acted like a complete asshole, no one EVER(not Zac, neither any of the mods) ever called me on it, or told Zac. It is a pure lie that SLR tried to work anything out. He berated Zac and I and got his own ass canned.
