Yes - I would suspect it would be someting along the lines of teaching History, if I'm not mistaken, hence the subtlty of your post... It goes over most everyone's head, Scotty, but the point is well taken.

Nope - and I doubt he will... It will definitely show Scotty's true colors as an egotistical pompous ass... He thinks he can bring about total destruction of his enemies - you and I, (amongst others). I'm sure he'd like to see some others come over here to challenge him so he can create is battle ground because I think he feels emboldened that Hex has not shut him down...

I think Scotty also realizes that Hex will have a hell of a mess on his hands if this keeps going, because Scotty's going to increasingly put the pressure on until there is the one post that causes widespread carnage - hence his "Carthago delenda est". Once he is able to tip the board in that direction, things will become increasingly unstable

What's funny is he gathers up his pals here and brings them over to LTC, then recruits LTC members to come over here to form his "posse". Rohan, Ox and LabMoney being his latest boys... Even though he and Rohan/Labmoney keep insisting it is so, CLEARLY, you have not done that to him. I have read several of his posts where he's encouraging that - and he knows if that were to happen the board would be up for grabs...

I do disagree with you, though, about the "Carthago delenda est" being better than the "Flawless" "Master passer" sigtag - it has a far more evil and ominous meaning... The first sigtag was pure ego - the second is a blend of his ego and frustration/anger - a much more dangerous combination...
