You'll never find a cigar to replace a true Cuban, but you can find some great cigars that are legal in the USA Also, depending on where you live you can find them for much cheaper.

Other than the first paragraph I completely agree with Cigar Jack here. I cannot express an opinion on Cuban cigars since I have never had the pleasure to smoke one. However, I have smoked all of the brands he mentions above and enjoyed them all.
