Default Grand Habano VL or (Very Limited)

First off this is one of the best natural cigar aroma's and tastes I have had to date...

    With that said..

The Appearance of this cigar is very elegant, a gorgeous cedar sleeve, around a dark oily wrapper.. a very pretty ring & band.. overall appearance was very pleasing to hold, look at and smell..

This cigar was relatively hard to draw, and keep going.... im sad to say, you had to herf it three or 4 times to get a nice billow.. but when you did.. man.. notes of cedar, and spicy earth danced on my tongue, it gave off such a pleasing aroma and taste it made up for the horrible draw. I was smoking one with a friend who had the same stick, and his seemed a better draw yet not much improvement.. i can totally see how with this particular cigar though, if you let it sit in your humi for a while it could fix this problem..

The even burning or lack there of in this case became a problem, as black scars would constantly needing to be evened out creeped up.. and the ash looked like the retarded stepchild of the cigar world... crackly and wild looking due to scars.. it was not pretty..

As the cigar got running down the line though i got more and more of a sweet cedar bouquet that was just so enjoyable.. i felt i could have smoked this through my nose at times. But as it got down, it also became a bit more spicy or peppery on the palate, but was very subtle and mellow..

You have to understand with a cigar this tight i would usually only smoke it half way but the flavor on this stick was so pleasing i smoked it well beyond the band, but at that point it did start to ease up on me regarding to draw and spice and sweetened up a tad with a nice mellow earthy flavor... and didn't realize until i stood up, that i had a little buzz.

    So :

CIGAR PROs: Great Aroma, Flavor, Appearance
CIGAR CONs: Uneven Burn, Tight Draw

    A Jonjonmacky 3.5 out of 5 stars!

Nice review. I picked one of these up last week. Never heard of it before. Hope it has a better draw than yours though!

I'm very fond of this cigar!

I have not had the problems you have mentioned

I've been trying the other sticks in this brand and have enjoyed them also especially the #5 Imperial, lovely!
