look at cigar.com, and cigarsinternational.com they both carry single cigars. (they tend to be a little pricey though).

I think anywhere you try to buy singles will be pricey.

Look at Jack Schwartz Importers (http://www.jackschwartz.com) or holts (www.holts.com)

A lot of the online retailers don't post their hard to find cigars online but will give you pricing and whatnot if you call them.

Just as I posted this yesterday at work, I come home to find out that I got an email from my local B&M...........they got a box of Aņejo Sharks in! Completely surprised me. Needless to say I ran out there today to pick me up two to try. Need to see what all the fuss is about these.

You should post an In Search Of (ISO) thread in the Exchange section and hopegfully find a botl that has access to the cigars you are looking for at this B&M and then you can work out a deal/trade/etc with them.
The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, "You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done." -unknown
