Hi DG
I think this is a great idea and I've been trying to figure out how to do something like this. I'd be willing to contribute but I don't have enough time with the job right now to be able to handle the details.

This I can tell you...
If you send a care package to one of us that are deployed.
1. NO PORN
2. No Alcohol
3. No Cubans
If you send any of these, they will probably be put in the Amnesty Boxes we have around our bases. Although, I'm sure the "Cubans" would be properly disposed of.
It's better safe then sorry. For me, it's not worth my stripes. And since I come home in January, I'm not risking my ticket home.

If this gets off the ground, you can count me in as a contributor.
Cigars or no cigars: "Thank You" to all our men and women in the service for wearing the uniform!
I definitely have a bunch of sticks to contribute. Don't know if I have the time to run this thing though.

If someone who has done this before will point me in the right direction in getting the package to the troops, I'll do it. I also will donate the winnings from the NCAA contest to get it rolling.
Believe Dat!
Korean, I can help you with shipping stuff over there. Its really easy. Basically its domestic postage since its going to an APO, you just have to include a customs form. I do everything online via the USPS and just have them pick it up at my front door. My sister-in-law is in Iraq and we ship stuff to her almost every week.
If you don't want to do the shipping part of it, I can probably do that, would just need some help from the rest of the board covering shipping costs and gathering addresses.
