Sounds like you are doing everything right. I'm sure I won't be the first to suggest this, but get yourself some beads from Heartfelt Industries. They work a whole lot better than PG solution.

The other thing you should do is check for leaks in your humi. Put a light in it and place it in a dark room. If you can see light you probably have a problem. You can also try wrapping the whole thing in a black trash bag (remove all the air) and seeing what happens after a few days.
