Very tempting, I love coming out to Louisiana just to get me some pork cracklings and andouille sausage (the real LA sausages, not the stuff you get in grocery stores here in Houston). But alas, i cannot make it due to prior commitments. Just FYI, I get my supplies from a little convenience store called Best Stop in Scott, LA, just a stones throw from Lafayette.

Just to let you know this is in Lafayette, NEW JERSEY!
Had a great time and smoke some great cigars. A few from the draft and one from a great BOTL. Go figure the one time I show up late and the food was out on time. Didn't get any pig. The 60 pounder was gone in a heart beat. They said it was goooood! bastids!
