so i not only come home to a awesome trade tonight, my wife went ahead and bought me an old cigar jar for me. the cool thing is my grandpa had the same one sitting on his desk twenty years ago. god i love this lady ....lol

I love browsing through antique shops. Very nice of her to think of you.she got it from some local antique shop. she also got me some cool 60s ashtrays. and yeah my wife is right up there with the greatest woman to walk the earth

That's a cool little jar. How does the closure work? It appears to be a common twist off jar lid. Is there any kind of silicon seal or other device inside the lid?

its got a plastic seal, i thoght it twisted off to but no its just a put off. i dont know how good it seals, but it is cool to look at ...lol
