Hey yall! I've been hearing a lot about Don Pepin Garcia's stuff.....i.e. Don Pepin, Tatuaje, Padilla, etc.....as he's been getting such stellar reviews. The thing is, I've tried several of his cigars on several occasions and I truly don't understand what the hype is about. Sure, the construction of his cigars are nice.....wrapper, triple cap, draw. But they just don't seem to be something that I'd go outta my way to buy. Does anybody else feel the same way? Or differently? IMHO, I think the Oliva Serie V deserves the hype as well as some lesser known stogies like the new Hoyo De Tradicion. Well, that's it from me. Thanks for the input!
BTW, these are the Pepin cigars I've had: Pepin Blue Label, Troya Clasico, Tatuaje (Brown, White, and Red Labels), San Cristobal, Don Pepin Series JJ.
