Try Ebay, you can find all kinds of fauxhiba boxes. They may not be glass tops, but I don't think I've seen one that looked legit yet.

That was the first place I looked. Although I did find a few empty boxes and a couple of "I just got back from Cuba" ads for not quite empty boxes, I didn't find the obvious tourist fakes that I'm looking for.
