    Default Famous Nic 3000 & Hond 2000

I've heard good things about prior releases. Anyone tried the current stock?

Also, the Honduran 2000 with the sungrown wrapper sound good. Anyone tried those?

    thanks

I've heard that the latest release of the Nic 3000's isn't as good as the original release but I have no first hand knowledge of it. Famous is running a "buy one get one" special on their Nicaraguan Corojos. They are made for FSS by Tabacalera Tropical. I just got in two boxes of the toros. I haven't sparked one yet, but for the price I couldn't resist.

They started that special about a month ago and I bought a 5 pack of the londsdales to see if I like them, so far I have. I'm smoking another today and if I like them, I'm going to get a couple of boxes.

I was thinking of getting the either the toros or the londsdales.

I have a bundle of nic 3k torpedos that I purchased early Jan. I burned one when I got them, and it was not bad at all, should age well!

I do have a few that came from other BOTL's that I know have some time on them, maybe I'll get to one this weekend, and post my thoughts.

Maybe because they like them? Just because you don't doesn't mean no one else should.

Rumor had it that the Honduran 2000 were the same as the RP Factory selects(RP sun grown seconds that are great) I was just digging through the deep ends of the cabinet and found a sealed bundle of the H2000's!

Thanks for reminding me. I had completely forgotten about those! hahaha

Well they have at least 6 months on them now! :-)

They are all good sticks though.

How about your burn one of those and let me know what your think.

Also - if anyone wants to get some Famous Nic corojos in various sizes let me know.

    goes for you too WOXOF.

Various boxes can get ordered and sizes passed around.

the Londsdale is pretty good, but more towards medium. The thicker ones should have a little more punch.
