i think it would. i had 15 cigars in my 15 that weren't small cigars. only 2 were less that 48. it feels like it won't close, but it will. its kind of scary forcing it shut because you think your hurting your cigars, but its the foam that getting pressed together and it just holds your cigars tighter.
