    Default Camacho CLE

Other's reviews (None found, searching the Reviews Forum)

    Smoke: Camacho CLE
    Drink(s): Porter
    Tunes: None

    Wrapper: Honduran
    Binder: Honduran
    Filler: Honduran
    Draw: Medium light
Burn: Uneven in first third, then perfect
    Misc: 120 minutes

Pre-light: Light brown. Seems to have a larger ring gage in the middle than the ends. Actually, I had a hard time getting the cello off, but managed. Has like a candy scent to it, kind of like a can of “Drum” tobacco….nice. A slight leathery prelight taste.

Light: Easy. Light medium draw (like most Camacho’s I’ve had)

1st 3rd: Creamy. Medium body. Full flavor. Sweet tobacco taste, light leather, slight oil. Has an almost licorice ring to it. Honestly, I’m getting the impression that there is a lot more going on here than I can describe.

Ash: Flakey, slight yellow twinge and medium gray. Holds on for over 3”

2nd 3rd: Very creamy. Smooth mix of leather & oil with that nice sweet ring. Burning nice. Awesome Camacho draw. Medium nose exhale burn.

3rd 3rd: Same profile mostly, but mixed now with a nice toasted nut flavor in the home stretch.

Overall impression: I finished this limited edition, hard to find cigar off in the pipe. I would strongly recommend picking one up if you can find it.

Thank you anonymous You know who you are.

Great review will. I have to say I have not had a camacho yet. But this stick looks like one to try for sure. Great ash! Roger.

Right on. It took a long time to burn that puppy down, and I wasn't milking it either. Just my "normal" pace.

The flavor profile on this one sounds excellent. Interesting shape also. I need to stop reading your reviews - my "must try" list is becoming too long.

    Fantastic review!
I have liked the few Camacho's I have smoked over most other brands.
