Alberto's always seemed like a good guy and I've never had a problem with ordering from them.

I'm not entirely clear on your complaint, what do you mean by, "the cigars I received were nothing like what was advertised one little bit"? Were they just really dry, or were they actually so different they could be considered not what you ordered?

At any rate, don't let this experience turn you off of cuban crafters entirely; those don kiki's are great.

Cuban Crafters brands are great. Some of the closeout stuff can range from great to downright nasty. He buys up a lot of tiny makers cigars . I love the Kiki Browns and Cuban Crafters Cabinet Selection.

    The latter, in my opinion.

    Here's the ad picture.

    Big difference eh?

I have made it a rule never to smoke more that one cigar at a time.

Hard to tell just by looking at that picture. The color of a wrapper can vary quite a bit from one bundle to the next. Have you smoked one yet?

Yeah, two so far, and they don't really taste like any maduro I've ever had.

Really though, they're not bad, just not what I was expecting. I was also surprised at how quickly they became smokable. The first one I lit looked like one of those exploding cigars about halfway through. The second only had one little crack in it after only a few hours in the humi.
