If smoking a cigar has a direct effect on them I'm almost sure you're doing something, uh, out of the ordinary.

I agree with nhcigarfan, though the extent of the mold in the foot might give me pause as well. I've wiped off surface mold a few times and never had an issue.

Just take some back-up smokes you know are good so if those taste like shit you can ditch them and smoke something else.

I dunno, that's how my Dad did it....perhaps that is why I am an only child...and adopted.

I'll give them a try, I'll toast the foot a bit just it case before I puff.

I'll bring along those Caria D'Oros.

now if the f'in rain will let up........
