However, just because I personally don't like this guy at this point, doesn't mean I think he should be "banned" here.

Ding...ding....ding!! After much consideration I voted no ban as well.

The way I see it, bannings should be reserved for true douchebags. Ya know, thieves / scammers / trolls / racists / making physical threats / violating board rules, etc......

Simply being a chickenshit, whiny, asshole doesn't qualify. Qualifies you for ridicule, contempt, whatever......but not banning.

If you're a chickenshit, whiny, asshole you just have to be prepared for the flashlight to hit you square in the mug so all can see. That has been done now.
