I agree with everyone. Excellent product. Probably the best I've ever seen. And their customer service is top notch!

Adding my endorsement as well.
They messed up an order on me one time (I've ordered from them several times) and they sent out the missing sticks with a little bonus to make up for their mistake.
I be they have an awesome ebay rating.

Fuck that source...They ripped me a new one on some fake cigars and I got "the letter" on a different order.
I now use a close friends cousin that has a friend that works in the Partagas Factory. I get mine right from the manufacturer.
