Well I had my first experience with Cigars International Customer Service. I had ordered a Humi-Care digital hygrometer from them back in November. Well after a few months of trying to calibrate and adjust it without luck I finally gave up. Called CI and they sent a new hygro out to me which I recieved 3 days later! This one is working like a charm and I've got the adjustments made already.

It's good to see a well working customer service department for a change! Thanks CI.
