I am making my 3rd london broil of the season tonight. The first came out one of the best I ever made, but the second was a little too done for my liking. I had a harder time keeping the temperature down, and I think its because I emptied the ash. I keep thinking about getting a gas grill because its easier to manage, but I would miss that lump charcoal taste.

A bowl of Kalamata olives, plum tomatoes, really good mozzarella cheese, and a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
