What time should I stop by? The wifey wanted me to ask you to grill up some zucchini's for her. I'll bring some beer.

Dusted off the BBQ this evening, marinated up some pork tenderloins and smoked them over some hardwood chunks & applewood chips, crusted some corn on the cob with some Parmesan cheese and some chili powder.

Smoked paprika has quickly become a favorite seasoning of mine as of late.

Tonight we are having Elk stew. In the stew... onions, potatoes, corn, celery all cooked together in the Irish Stout I made. I will be making it in a Dutch Oven over the campfire. (Been doing that nearly every day this summer). Planning on making biscuits with this for tonight. Should be yummy.

Tonight i made home made motzerella cheese for a tomato basil salad (caprice). With that I also made meatloaf, Parmesan horseradish mashed potatoes and strawberry shortcake. Yum yum yum!
