    Wasn't a whole lot of work. More time letting the glue dry than anything. Had 10 hours in it maybe

    Great looking trunk man, I am very jealous. It looked like Chris used a foam separator to attach the cedar; did you use the same approach? I would guess the foam barrier would assist in ensuring the walls were plum as the foam would provide some give. How hard was it to get a good seal? Would love any specifics you are willing to provide.
