I don't know much about bikes, but the scratch on it might mean that someone hit it with a car, causing the seat to break, maybe causing the bike to fall and break the seat in the process. Like I said not a n expert but the scratch is the weird part

It did not hit the ground...The scratch on the rear fender came from the seat mount that was twisted in an attempt to rip off the seat.

It appears someone stood over or beside it and pulled straight up and then twisted the seat. The person or persons that did it were pretty strong.

At night the mall is full of little gangster wannabes. Guess they come out in the light during spring break.

I checked and there has been more than the usual acts of vandalism and thefts this week at the mall.

That sucks! Pos thiefs and vandals really get me PO'd. I have a cheapo Mongoose Wallyworld for ridin around town. Wouldn't last 20 mins on the trail, but rides good on the street( front and rear suspension). Sometimes it gets left locked outside for a week and nobody has ever f'd with it. Why bother?

    I am with you 100%.

I always wonder what I would do if I caught them in the act...

The first thing I would do is call my lawyer and tell to meet me at the local PD. After that, all is fair in love and war!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear that Ken, I hate thugs with a passion as well. My car has been broken into at least twice, maybe three times, I've lost count. Always stealing shit and leaving me with broken glass and hundreds of dollars of repair work. If it were up to me, a public beating would be in order. And the victim would have the option of delivering the beating personally.
There's only two kinds of cigars, the kind you like and the kind you don't.

Nine times out of ten, you kick the shit out of wannabe's they learn a small lesson. Don't mess with that guys stuff or I'll get him back. Coward's in both aspects. Now mind you I would never condone doing anything like this but..............

    Ken,

You and I both know that, you will prevail. I just sucks that some ahole wannabe coward rained on your parade. In the end Karma always prevails. I don't know you well but, what I do know of you. You have more good karma than bad. Always rely on Karma my friend.
