nice, you'll be very pleased with your warranty as well. I've sent mine back 2 times and both times got a brand new cutter.

Did you send it back due to defects? or was it just well used?

Just wear and tear. It will start sticking or get dull. One time I dropped it and it exploded. I just put all the parts in a ziploc bag and sent it to them. In a week I had a brand new one.
Let us know how you like that cutter. I've heard from many people that Palios are the way to go, but who knows.
well, so far, It's taking a bit to get used to the different grip used, compared to the thumb-finger loop style that I'm accustomed to. but I really like the heft it has, and it's plenty sharp.
My next cutter will probably be a Palio, just because I've heard a lot of good things as well. Mainly that the blades are thinner, giving less resistance.

Nice........I'm still resisting, but I'm getting closer to caving in.
