Tea

I find White tea to be a complete joke. It seems meant to be a flavorless base for artificial fruit flavorings. Green tea is very grassy, but a little bland for me as well.

I've never tried white tea. The wife likes green tea, but I find an ice cube in hot water has more taste.

snip.... i wondered if i couldn't just use a frenchpress. i mean does anyone see why this wouldn't work for tea?

It does work. Quite well too, but I prefer stronger tea. I bought a glass pot where I simmer the loose tea for 5 minutes.
