Alas, Glen... I sit in the same boat as you. After weeks of emailing and calling them, I finally received a portion of my order.

What really takes the cake now is:
the puroreycigars website no longer exists.
dutyfreecubans.com, and
puroreycubans.com, and
cohibacigarlounge.com will all bring you to the same website.

Oh, and the email address listed on ALL of these sites no longer works (as of 10-31-08

the phone numbers are not in service.
the mobile phone line is not in service
the fax line is not in service.

I think you and I are SOL, if you ordered anything.

My mission now is to get as many negative comments out here on the web, so that instead of getting positive hits when a newbie does a search, they are forewarned, and can avoid this guy.

If anyone wants them, I have managed to find some phone numbers that apparently ring in the stores (supposed to be 4 of them down there). I've only tried them in the mornings and gotten no answers.
