  1. Default New Guy

Hi im, as the title implies, new to the forum. Well actually first time poster. I have been looking around the boards for a few weeks now. I am basically the stereotypical newbie. I smoked the swishers in Collage and have just started to smoke again. My first cigar now has been a CAO Cirillo which I really didn't like. Spent about 30min on the couch after that. I think it was the peppery taste I didn't like. I don't remember the swishers knocking me out ha ha. Anyway I have a Romeo and Juliet in the humi waiting for me as well and I am working on a trade with Cabaiguan Juan which I look forward to. Anyway looks like you all have a great forum here and I look forward to learning a lot and hopefully to eventually give something back.

My newbie trade was with Cabaiguan Juan. You will not be disappointed!

Welcome from CO. Try the CAO Brazilia if you feel like giving CAO another chance. It's a very smooth medium bodied cigar.

It has got to be poor form for me not to say welcome to the board, esp. since I'm doing the Newbie trade with you.

A CAO Criollo put you on the couch???

So I guess the LFD Chisel's are out of the question!!!

    Mild stuff to try out:

    • CAO Gold
    • Griffin's
    • Montesino's are nice (and decently priced)
    • Most Romeo y Julieta
    • Arturo Fuente Don Carlos (a bit more expensive, but well worth it)
    • Fuente Hemingway series (natural wrapper)

And whatever you do, don't let ANYONE talk you into the Macanudo's!!!

    Welcome!
