I keep trying to like this cigar, but for some reason it doesn't do it for me. It looks great, perfect construction, feel and burn. Yet to me, it's more of a medium stick with a distinctive taste profile and characteristics that just doesn't do it for me.

For a mild-medium (mild with flavor), I prefer Perdomo Reserve La Tradicion Connecticut (re-released in 2008 with basically the same blend as the 10th Anniversary Connecticut), the H. Uppmann Signature, the Gurkha Signature 1887 Red, or a Foncesca (the Triangulare is awesome). Romeo y Julieta Reserve Real is also an excellent choice.
Welcome to the forum, I see you've been lurking for a bit. I don't much care for the Gold either. I like the HU signature as well.
